SPRING PLAYER WORKOUTS

7 Weeks / 2 Locations

Total Player Development: Spring Session

For the serious basketball player looking to bring their game to the next level, this 7-week clinic will start Monday, March 26th and end May 12th and include basketball drills, skills, ball handling, strength training and conditioning. The Total Player Development Spring Clinic will help to refine and build basketball skills while maintaining conditioning for the AAU basketball season.

Please note: This clinic is not intended for beginners. There will be workouts the week of April Vacation.

Portsmouth, RI Location

Location: Pennfield School Gym, Portsmouth, RI

Trainer: Brian Doyle

Dates: Monday, March  26th  – Saturday, May 12th

Sessions:  3 – 1 ½ hr. Sessions Per Week (Come to all sessions or as many as you can attend)

Days/Times:

Monday/Wednesday

5:30-7:00 pm Middle School (6th, 7th & 8th)*

7:00-8:30 pm High School (9th-12th)

Saturday

9-10:30am Middle School (6th, 7th & 8th)

10:30-12Noon High School (9th-12th)

Details: Limited to 30 Players per Age Group

Cost: $240/ Spring Session

Walk-In Per Session Cost: $25 (Payment to Trainers On-Site)

Location: St. Brendan’s Gym, Riverside, RI

Sessions:  2 – 1 ½ hr. Sessions Per Week (Come to all sessions or as many as you can attend)

Tuesday/Thursday

Details: Limited to 20 Players per Age Group

       Cost: $180/ Spring Session
