Hoop Dreams with Chris Herren, Inc. focuses on each individual player customizing a workout that matches the athlete’s skill level and position. Each workout focuses on further developing basic basketball skills and uncovering new techniques that will provide the player with an edge as they drive down the court towards their basketball dream.

Hoop players from AAU to high school to preparing for Division 1 College play, will each be given the tools and skills needed to prepare for the next level of basketball play while furthering a love and passion for the game of basketball in a positive coaching environment.

The Hoop Dreams with Chris Herren team includes a certified personal trainer to focus on and develop the serious basketball player’s core, agility and speed training. Individual or group work out sessions can be included during a player development session or they may be scheduled separately. The Riverside player development location at the former St. Brendan’s School includes a complete weight lifting facility. Please ask a Hoop Dreams with Chris Herren team member for more information.
